For travelers arriving in to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, once you have collected your luggage, contact our dispatch hotline at 808-831-1555 to check-in. They will direct you to the nearest pickup station from your baggage claim. You may also check in with one of our Service Agents (dressed in a yellow floral shirt) in the Baggage Claim areas of 8, 21, and 31.

This takes into account traffic and other unexpected delays. If you choose times outside of this, you do so at your own risk.
