Navatek Sunset Buffet Dinner Cruise

Enjoy an informal buffet dinner aboard the Navatek I. Take one of the smoothest cruises available, gliding past Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. An entertaining musical revue will follow the buffet, creating a casual, relaxed atmosphere.

Buffet Includes:

• Hawaiian Sweet Bread Roll
• Mixed Local Greens, Fresh Island Tomatoes and Japanese Cucumbers
• Chicken Kahala – Herb-Roasted Chicken with Garlic Sauteed Mushrooms in a White Wine Sauce
• Mahi-mahi Navatek – coated with a Light Chardonnay Batter, brushed with Drawn Butter and served with New England Tartar Sauce
• Steamed Vegetables – Broccoli and Carrots tossed with Garlic Butter

Enjoy an elegant, seated dinner aboard the Navatek I. Take one of the smoothest cruises available, gliding past Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head at sunset. An entertaining musical revue will follow the sumptuous meal.

• Taro Rolls – served with Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
• Chocolate Mousse Cake with White Chocolate Navatek Logo – served with a Rasberry Coulis

• Maine Lobster Kahala – steamed to perfection and served with Lemon and Drawn Butter
