Cruise ship and Honolulu Airport ground transportation can be confusing. Roberts Hawaii is here to help. We're the State of Hawaii's Official Honolulu Airport Shuttle Service, offering 24-hour service from the airport to Waikiki hotels and back with stops at the pier for cruise ship passengers.

For shuttle service to your Waikiki hotel, you don't even need a reservation. The shuttle stops every 20 minutes in the median area outside of baggage claim. There are several pickup points along the Interisland and International terminal areas. Just look for a member of our staff in a yellow uniform reading, "Authorized Airport Waikiki Shuttle," or look for the yellow "Airport Shuttle" signs for the pickup location nearest you. Before you know it, you'll be off to your hotel in air-conditioned style.

If you're headed to Honolulu International Airport, you will need a reservation. Just call (808) 954-8652 or 1-866-898-2519 at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll tell you where to wait for the shuttle.
