  • Where will I be picked-up?

    If you are flying in to HNL, please check in with one of our Service Agents inside of the Baggage Claim area wearing a Yellow Floral Shirt. If you are unable to locate our Service Agent, please contact our Dispatch Hotline at 808-831-1555 and make your way to the nearest HNL Airport Pre-Arranged Shuttle Pickup Stations. If you are flying in to one of our other Islands, after you collect your luggage, please call our dispatch hotline.

    OGG - Collect your luggage and upon exiting baggage claim, proceed RIGHT to the end of the sidewalk to the large commercial parking lot. We will provide a fast and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.

    KOA - Collect your luggage and, make your way to the Group Tour Pickup Stations. We will provide a fast and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.

    LIH - Collect your luggage and, make your way to the nearest Shuttle/Taxi Pickup Station.

    Heading to the Airport:

    Your confirmation will state the specific pickup location of your hotel/lodging accommodation to head back to the Airport. Please be at the mentioned pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

    Whale Watch Season – This year’s season was fantastic, with nearly 100% sittings. As a reminder, our last whale watch cruise will be Sunday, April 2, 2023.

    For all Majestic cruises, outside food is allowed. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase.

  • Cancellation
    Cancellations made outside of 72 hours from service day is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Please allow 10-12 working days for refunds to be processed back to your card. Cancellations made less than 72 hours from service day is non-refundable. (100% charge). No shows are subject to full charge.
