Health altitude warning:
Onizuka Center for International Astronomy is 9200 feet above sea level. Due to the elevation, please carefully review the health conditions before booking.

Due to the health risks associated with high altitude, the following individuals are not eligible for this tour:
• Heart Conditions
• Respiratory Conditions
• Pregnant individuals
• Participants must not have engaged in scuba diving within 24 hours of the tour.

• Rates are inclusive of all taxes and fees.
• Wear walking shoes, dress comfortably, and bring a jacket as the temperatures can drop at high elevations.
• High altitude can be dangerous to persons with heart and respiratory problems, children, obese individuals, pregnant women, and people who have SCUBA dived in the last 24 hours.
• Route and times may be modified due to National Park advisories.
• 15% gratuity is suggested but not included in the price.
• Routes and time may be modified or restricted due to circumstances beyond the control of Roberts Hawaii.

• Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
• For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 pounds, and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.

Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  Please allow 10-12 working days for refunds to be processed back to your card. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day is non-refundable. (100% charge). No shows are subject to full charge.

• We guarantee to return you to your ship before your sailing time. In the extremely unlikely event that you miss your ship due to the late return of one of our tours, we will arrange and pay for your transport to your next port-of-call. In our many years of service, we have never missed a ship departure.
