On arrival, our friendly airport representative will meet you at baggage claim. Transfer includes 2 pieces of standard luggage and one carry-on. There will be no more than 5 stops to your destination. Consider upgrading to an island-style fresh flower lei greeting.
Yes, you can change your reservation within 48 hours of your transfer. Your confirmation email will include instructions on how to change your reservation. Please note that when changing any part of your reservation, rates are subject to change.
Can I delay my pick up time?
When you make your reservation, our system looks at your flight time and pick up location and automatically calculates the best pick up time. This takes into account traffic and other unexpected delays. If you choose times outside of this, you do so at your own risk. We will not be responsible if you do not make it to the airport in time to check-in your luggage safely and make the flight.
What if my flight gets cancelled or delayed?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Our team at the airport tracks you by flight number, if you have to catch a different flight, please inform us so we can meet you.
I am travelling in a wheelchair, can I still take your shuttle?
Yes, we have wheelchair lift equipped vehicles. If any special accommodations are needed, please include them when you make your booking. To ensure availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of service. We will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate your needs.
The wheelchair lift can accommodate up to 500 lbs, the usable platform is only 48 inches by 30 inches.
