Upon Arrival:
Collect your luggage and check in with one of our Service Agents (Yellow Floral Shirt) in the baggage claim area, or make your way to the nearest HNL Airport Pre-Arranged Shuttle Pickup Stations. Enjoy a quick and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.

On Day of Departure:
Be ready at your designated pickup location, as indicated in your confirmation, at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you a smooth trip back to the airport.

    • How do you determine a pickup time?

      Arrival: During the booking process, the pickup time for arrival will reflect the same time as your arrival flight. This is by design and not an error. We use your flight time to prepare for your arrival. Once you collect your luggage, follow the instructions on your confirmation to be directed to our nearest pickup station or give our Dispatch Hotline a call.

      Departure: The flight time provided is used to generate a suggested pickup time to ensure that you arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight. The suggested pickup time already takes in to consideration travel time, check-in time, traffic delays, and any other uncontrollable factors.

    • Where will I be picked up?

      If you are flying in to HNL, please check in with one of our Service Agents inside of the Baggage Claim area wearing a Yellow Floral Shirt. If you are unable to locate our Service Agent, please contact our Dispatch Hotline at 808-831-1555 and make your way to the nearest HNL Airport Pre-Arranged Shuttle Pickup Stations. If you are flying in to one of our other Islands, after you collect your luggage, please call our dispatch hotline.

      OGG - Collect your luggage and upon exiting baggage claim, proceed RIGHT to the end of the sidewalk to the large commercial parking lot. We will provide a fast and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.

      KOA - Collect your luggage and, make your way to the Group Tour Pickup Stations. We will provide a fast and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.

      LIH - Collect your luggage and, make your way to the nearest Shuttle/Taxi Pickup Station.

    • What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

      If you would like to make a change or cancel your reservation, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Rates are subject to change. To change or cancel your reservation outside of 48 hours from your service date, you may email us at Reservations@robertshawaii.com and we can make the necessary changes. If your service is within the next 48 hours please call our Reservations Office at (808) 539-9400 immediately.

      Cancellation Policy:

      Cancellations must made be 24+ hours prior to scheduled service, and will result in a 10% service charge. Please allow 10-12 business days for refunds to be processed back to your card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service date will result in a 100% charge (No Refund).
