STORE TO DOOR HAWAII POLICIES

For Curbside Pickup, the customer should park at the designated curbside pickup area, located on the Mauka side, street level of Ala Moana Center.  The customer should text or call Store to Door Hawaii customer service at 808.348.0131 and provide their parking stall #.  A Store to Door Hawaii representative will verify the barcode receipt and provide the parcel.  Parcels that are not claimed after seven (7) days will be returned by a Store to Door Hawaii representative to the merchant.

Store to Door Hawaii reserves the right to deny.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used within ten (10) business days.  A full refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs prior to our representative collecting the parcel from the store.  If we have already collected the parcel from the store, the customer will be charged 50% of the cost of the service. There shall be no refund if we bring the parcel to the vehicle at the designated curbside pickup area.

 

Parcel Value Protection Policy

If merchant customers purchased Store to Door Hawaii services directly with the store and have claims for loss or damage to their merchandise, they must contact the store directly.  Store to Door Hawaii provides value protection to the store for each parcel, limited to the lesser of the actual cost of the merchandise or $500 for lost or stolen parcels.  If additional value protection is purchased, the protection is provided based on the additional fee at a rate of $10 for every $1,000 of value protection above the initial $500 in protection.  All claims by the store must be provided within 24 hours of pickup service.  Claims are limited to the lesser of the value of the merchandise in the parcel or of the optional protection purchased.
