Information Regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus

Passenger and employee safety is our top priority and we will continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation. As a preemptive measure to curtail the spread of COVID-19 into the community, we have canceled or modified the tours listed below.

Our management team is in contact with appropriate officials across our network to maintain awareness of the latest information.

Effective 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, March 25 through April 30, Governor David Ige has issued a “stay-at-home” order for all counties across the state of Hawaii with an exception for essential activities and for work that provides essential services.  Restaurants are limited to take-out, curbside pick-up and delivery is allowed.  Dine-in restaurant areas, parks and nightclubs have been mandated to close. Click here for details.

Effective 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020, all individuals, both residents and visitors, arriving or returning to the State of Hawaii must adhere to a mandatory 14-day self-quarantine per an emergency proclamation ordered by Governor David Ige. Click here for the order.

Roberts Hawaii Guidelines have followed the procedures set by the (CDC) Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We continue to routinely clean all our vehicles and have enhanced cleaning vehicles daily, sanitizing every vehicle with a spray disinfectant, including touch points such as handrails, driver areas, and poles.

We are keeping our employees informed so they are prepared to address customer concerns. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility. We continue to operate private airport transfers in Maui and private Oahu tours, and honor our convenient cancellation policies. Our staff is prepared to field your calls at (808) 539-9400. Should you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact them for assistance.

For up-to-date information, the Hawaii Tourism Authority has created a page that will provide any updates from either the CDC or the Health Department. You may visit it by clicking here.
