This page outlines Terms and Conditions for the RobertsHawaiiExpress.com website. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this web site or our service. By using this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
To process your online reservation request, all reservations must be made no later than 6:00pm the day before your service date. If you need a
reservation after this deadline, please call our Reservations office at
(808) 954-8653 or toll free at (866) 898-2523. All reservations are subject to availability.
Any disability requiring special attention should be included under the Comment Section at time of booking. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
Persons requiring a wheelchair accessible vehicle must provide the wheelchair type (electric is limited to 500 lbs, folding, etc.) in the COMMENTS section when booking or contacting Roberts Hawaii. Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 14 days prior to service date. If you have any questions, please call our dispatch office at (808) 245-9558. They can check on availability and take your reservation.
All times, dates and fares are subject to change without notice.
Hotel shuttle pick-up time should be at least 1.5 hours before Interisland flight time. Vehicle may make multiple stops and an allowance of 45 min to arrive at the airport should be considered.
For children under (4) years of age, unless otherwise stated, there will be no charge as long as the child does not occupy a seat.
Limitations of Liability
Roberts Hawaii, Inc. reserves the right to cancel shuttles at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Roberts Hawaii, Inc. shall not be liable to any individual utilizing these shuttle services for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to persons or property. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Roberts Hawaii, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
Full payment for services must be received prior to service. For web orders, only credit cards are accepted. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time you make your reservation. Credit cards accepted are:
- American Express
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of service and will result in a 10% service charge.
- Cancellations made in a shorter period of time (less than 24 hours prior to the day of service) will result in a 100% charge being incurred (NO REFUND).
- Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of service.
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage. Carry-ons must be placed on your lap and in your possession at all times.
Oversized baggage is accommodated if space is available. Additional fees apply and are collected directly by our airport representative.

Passengers are responsible for verifying their luggage is loaded by the bus operator. RobertsHawaiiExpress.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage, except if baggage is damaged or lost in transit, in which case the maximum liability is $100 per piece and $250 maximum for any single passenger. All claims shall be submitted within twenty four (24) hours of the occurrence.
