• Admission Only: Provide own transportation.
• Dolphin Swim Adventure & Dolphin Royal Swim: Includes transportation from Waikiki.
• Minimum age for Dolphin Swim Adventure & Dolphin Royal Swim is 8 years old. Children from 8-12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (per child).
• Sea Life Park does not permit pregnant women to participate in this program.
• The use of safety vests is required in all programs.
• Bring a swimsuit and a towel. No shower facilities.
• For your convenience there are lockers, a water shower station and changing area.
• Guests may not enter the water carrying cameras, hats or other unsecured items.
• Photos and videos are available for sale.

You’ll have the opportunity to see dolphins and penguins perform at the Hawaiian Ocean Theater or catch the sea lions at the Kolohe Kai Sea Lion Show. The shows are fun, educational, and exciting for all ages.

At the Hawaiian Reef you can watch divers swim with stingrays and see turtles and countless varieties of tropical fish. Children will especially enjoy Dolphin Cove, a giant inflatable and interactive play area. Participants even get the unique opportunity to touch, feed, and snorkel with Hawaiian Rays.

Admission Only provides you access to the park’s attractions such as:

• Hawaiian Ocean Theater – Talented dolphins, sea lions, and penguins perform in an open-air, aquatic theater. Guests learn of the newest training techniques and Sea Life Park Hawaii’s conservation efforts in this fun and educational show.
• Dolphin Cove – Fun for children of all ages, featuring a giant inflatable and interactive play area. In the Hawaiian Ray Encounter participants get to touch, feed, and snorkel with the beautiful Hawaiian Rays.
• Hawaiian Reef – In the 300,000 gallon Hawaiian Reef tank you can watch divers swim with stingrays. View the magical sea life, including stingrays, turtles, and various schools of tropical fish residing in this unique aquarium. In Sea Trek participants get to feed unique tropical fish.
• Sea Lion Café/Restaurant – The Sea Lion Café offers a variety of scenic dining and snacking areas with views of the park and Makapu’u Beach. Snack bars around the park feature such delights as gourmet milk shakes, funnel cakes, and Hawaiian shaved ice.
• Kolohe Kai Sea Lion Show – Sea lions delight guests with their humorous antics. It’s an enjoyable time for the whole family!

Dolphin Swim Adventure

On this adventure you’ll enter an amazing world. You’ll learn interesting details about every aspect of the dolphins and participate in a training session with Sea Life Park trainers. By the end of the training session you’ll be able to communicate with the dolphins using a variety of hand signals.

You’ll also swim along with them and receive a ride on the dolphins’ backs as they race through the water. And don’t be surprised if one of your new marine mammal friends offers you a kiss.

Dolphin Swim Adventure is scheduled daily at 10:15AM, 11:45AM, 1:00PM, and 2:30PM. The length of the program is 45 minutes and includes an orientation and 30 minutes in the water.

Dolphin Royal Swim

Begin your adventure with an orientation and instruction. You’ll learn what to expect and how to make friends with some amazing dolphins. Once you enter the water they’ll be eager to make your acquaintance and they’ll show their enthusiasm by welcoming you with a “handshake” and a friendly “kiss”. Hang on to their dorsal fins and let them give you a ride around the tank. You may also have the dolphins propel you through the water by pushing the bottoms of your feet. This experience is sure to give you a new appreciation for these charming marine mammals.

Dolphin Royal Swim is scheduled daily at 9:30AM, 11:00AM, 1:45PM, and 3:15PM. The length of the program is 45 minutes and includes an orientation and 30 minutes in the water.
