In order for us to process your request for reservations fully, we advise placing your order for Roberts Hawaii tours at least 48 hours before the tour date. For Non-Roberts Hawaii tours and One Day tours, we require a minimum of 72 hours prior to your tour or travel date. And for the Magic of Polynesia or the Ali`i Kai Catamaran Dinner Cruise, please make your reservation a minimum of 24 hours beforehand either online or by phone. Mahalo!
