Important Information

• Transportation is not provided. Please allot about one hour for travel time to Kualoa Ranch.
• Tours are generally not cancelled due to rain or wind, unless it becomes a safety issue. Kualoa Ranch will offer a special raincoat for horseback rides so as not to spook the horse.
• Horseback riders must be at least 10 years old, 4'6" tall and under 230 pounds.
• Bring covered shoes, long pants and sunscreen.

Take a Ride and Survey Scenic Vistas

When you visit Kualoa Ranch, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of exciting Experiences and Adventures. There’s a Petting Zoo where you can interact with donkeys, goats, and other lovable animals. You’ll be able to visit the sites where many famous motion pictures were filmed. Afterward you can visit an old military bunker that now houses a museum dedicated to those famous locales.

You’ll have the option to tour a jungle or a secret island, or see Hawaiian fishponds and gardens. You could also take a hula lesson, go for a horseback ride, or drive an ATV to the more remote areas of Kualoa Ranch. There’s something to suit everyone’s interests at this one-of-a-kind, family-owned, cattle ranch.

On the guided horseback tour, you’ll encounter some of Oahu’s most diverse and beautiful scenery.

One Hour Horseback Ride

The 1-hour tour horseback tour takes you to the southern half of Kualoa Ranch where you’ll see an ancient 800-year old Hawaiian fishpond and catch a glimpse of Chinaman’s Hat.

Two Hour Horseback Ride

The 2-hour tour takes you through a forest, past WWII bunkers and sites where several well-known movies were filmed.

*Roberts Hawaii’s “Grand Circle Island Tour” also stops at Kualoa Ranch for lunch, giving visitors a taste of what this fascinating place has to offer.
