Alii Luau – The Alii Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center provides Oahu visitors with the most authentic Hawaiian luau in the islands. Steel guitars play Hawaiian songs while you learn how to do the hula. Visitors will have the opportunity to witness the imu (traditional Hawaiian underground oven) cooking the main entrée, kalua pua’a (roast pig). The luau menu also includes one of Hawaii’s staple foods, poi, as well as poke, lomilomi salmon, chicken long rice, sweet potato, taro rolls, and much more. To cap your night off, the Horizons Polynesian revue show shares Polynesia’s history and traditions through song and dance. A must see event!
