Do you offer shuttle service to and from the Airport?

• Yes. We offer one-way and round-trip fares to and from the Waikiki hotels 24-hours daily. No reservations are required for arrival, but reservations are required for departure. Look for shuttle pick up points on the median outside of baggage claim. Click here for more information.

What should I wear on the tours?

• Please wear comfortable attire and shoes. It is recommended that you bring a light sweater or jacket to Waimea Canyon (Kauai), Haleakala (Maui) and Volcano (Big Island).

Is lunch included in the tour?

• Please check you tour description for detailed information or contact us to confirm.

I’m arriving on a cruise ship, can you pick us up at the pier to go on a sightseeing tour?

• Please check with your shore excursion manager for tour information.

Do you offer lei greeting service at the gate?

• Due to security restrictions we can only greet guests at baggage claim.

Do you see lava on the volcano tour?

• Due to the unpredictable nature of lava flow, seeing lava while on the tour is not guaranteed.
