Agent Booking Process

1) Please advise if reservations will be faxed or emailed to Roberts Hawaii. Please allow 48 hours prior to service; if less than 48 hours, please call for confirmation.

2) Please provide a sample booking and the format so I may share it with our Reservations Manager.

3) Please ensure the booking has pertinent information so our Reservations Staff can input and expedite your request. Include the phone number/email/fax so we can provide the confirmation number to you.

4) After completing our Account Information Form, an Account ID will be provided to you. Please include your agent ID number or Agency Short Name so the bookings are inputted to your company.

5) The booking process is ok with the free sell. Should there be any reason that the tour is not operating or deviates, we will send an update.

Please note: the One Day tours are on a space available basis as there is a limited number of seats per day, please send the request to us as soon as possible for the One Day tours. Due to the airline requirement, name that matches the government issued ID, gender and birthdate are required at time of booking for the One Day Tours.
