Round Trip Service

Pre-arranged Roberts Hawaii Express Shuttle provides a Meet and Greet service along with Transportation between Kona International Airport and the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa. Pre-Arranged Shuttle Service guarantees a faster, worry-free arrival and departure.

Arrival Service

• Our friendly airport representative will greet you at Baggage Claim.

Departure Service

• This service provides transportation from the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa to Kona International Airport.

Pickup Times

Please double check your flight departure time. Recommended pick up times for Domestic Flights should be at least 2 hours prior to flight departure. Average ride from the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa to Kona International Airport is 30 minutes. Roberts Hawaii is not responsible for missed flights.

Luggage Fees

Transportation each way includes two (2) standard luggage and one (1) carry on per person. Carry-ons must be placed on your lap and kept in your possession at all times. Additional luggage fees are as follows:

Additional luggage (over 2 per person)	$5 usd each
Golf Clubs or boxes up to 3’ x 3’	$5 usd each
Surfboard (6’ or less)	$15 usd each
Bicycle (must be dismantled)	$15 usd each
Car Seats or Strollers	no charge

ADA Accommodations

Any disability requiring special attention should be included under the Comments section at time of booking. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.

Persons requiring a wheelchair accessible vehicle must provide the wheelchair type (electric is limited to 500 lbs, folding, etc.) in the Comments section when booking or by contacting Roberts Hawaii directly. Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 14 days prior to service date. Cancellations

• A 10% service fee will be charged for credit card booking cancellations
• A full refund is guaranteed for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to service date / time
• No refunds given if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of service date / time
• No shows are subject to the full charge
